An Icon

Located at the corner of Griswold and State streets on the edge of Capitol Park, The Stott’s design was heavily influenced by the nearby Guardian Building. The art deco exterior, designed by architects John M. Donaldson and Henry J. Meier, incorporates facings of marble, limestone, granite, and terra cotta, highlighting the distinctive details of sculptor Corrado Parducci.
